My practice integrates Hendrickson Method® Orthopedic Manual Therapy (to restore proper joint function and soft tissue alignment),
Pilates Method Rehabilitative Exercise (it’s not quite all about your core), Noguchi Taiso (a Japanese therapeutic movement practice),
and, a whole host of other fun things from a lifetime studying anatomy, kinesiology, and dance.
I welcome folks of all abilities, with and without chronic or acute injuries, from all socio-economic and genetic backgrounds, all sexual, political, and religious orientations and from all along the gender continuum who want to attain/retain optimum function and find joy living in their amazing bodies.
